Have you considered…?
- Meeting & chat policies. Do settings match how you actually work (recordings, captions, chat retention)?
- External access. Is federation/guest access intentional, with clear guidance for owners?
- Team lifecycle. Naming, owners, templates, and archiving — or is it ad-hoc?
- Private vs. shared channels. Are you using them for the right reasons, with permissions that align to SharePoint?
- Apps & permissions. What’s allowed/blocked, and how do users request exceptions?
- Files in Teams. Do file locations and permissions mirror your SharePoint structure?
